KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

· Professional knowledge of the standards techniques of playing and teaching golf and of golf terminology and etiquette, including Flightscope Data analyst.

· Effective with the coordination and oversees all programs and activities at the facility including daily play, tournaments, junior golf, special groups, instruction programs and merchandise sales.

· High-level decision-making regarding the overseeing of the operations regarding golf course maintenance, buildings and equipment.

· High effective at establishing and enforcing golf course policies, rules, and regulations.

· Ensure high quality customer service with adequate customer service training for all employees, including the pro shop, maintenance and outside services staff.
